| - This is another really fun, family-friendly (at least for older kids) thing to do in the MGM Grand, and is one of the reasons I think the MGM is one of best hotels on the strip for families. You can come here and sign up for a screening (normally you can get one that starts within an hour or two), and then you get to participate in an advance screening of a TV show that its in development and give them feedback about it. The show my boyfriend and I saw was pretty terrible and not my favorite kind of show anyway, but it was still so much fun to get to rate it. They give you these cool dials so you can record your feedback as you watch it, and then you fill in a survey afterwards. It was also fun to talk about the experience afterwards, and a quick google search revealed the name of the show, and the network that is developing it. It will definitely be interesting to see if it shows up this fall, and what, if any, changes they have made. Definitely not a bad way to pass an hour and a half! Also, they give you a book of coupon books including BOGO for Haagen Dazs and Nathan's in the MGM food court as well as 10% off at the store at TV City, so make sure to come here first if you want to buy things at those places.
