Still processing how I feel about LiveWire. It's the right size venue that should draw the types of acts I'd like to see -the good. Very impressive, upscale club which has a better interior than most homes. The lighting and video system was top notch and added to the show. The drink prices were about what I expected to pay. The sound system though needs some refinement -- on the left side of the stage could hear the vocals. When we were 4 to 8 people deep front/center the vocals were muffled and music not clear. We weren't the only ones to notice as a guy reported to his friends the sound was better on the second floor and back of the house. Personal preference: I like my venues a little more grittier and less homogenous of a crowd. Maybe with more wear the white couches will get a few rips and they'll lose the second floor VIP pits which will bring the crowd closer to the action. Seriously, when everyone is standing and dancing, you have the need to kick back and chill -- hate for it to be place where the likes of Johnny Manziel and the Biebs would show-up and hang-out for face time.
