This store is mismanaged! My husband and I were excited to leave near a drive thru ice cream place. Unfortunately this location is constantly out of popular flavors such as cookie dough ice cream. We drove thru 3 weeks ago to pickup our favorite flavor and they were out. The gal at the window stated there was a supply issue and the store would be getting a shipment the following week. We drove through again today and same results no cookie dough ice cream. When my husband mentioned this happened during our last visit 3 weeks ago there was no apology and we were told it would be another 2 weeks. We purchased nothing and drove right on thru. This is a great way to lose business when you don't stock popular flavors regularly.
Update I'm pretty sure someone from the store messaged me stating my review could harm the store. My response was good it needs some attention. Today we gave this location one more try. This time we sat in the drive through at the menu/speaker for 6 minutes. I went inside to see what was going on. There was one person at the drive thru window and 3 people in the store. I walked back to the truck to find a car behind my husband's truck waiting like we still were. Still no greeting and no order taken. I told the other driver we have been here for over five minutes and haven't had our order taken. The driver left and so did we. Two customers lost due to poor service. I'm guessing this is typical since this drive thru is not even half as busy as Starbucks which is a block up the road. It's too bad we like Duncan and love 31 Flavors but this location is terrible. Executive leaders this store needs your expertise ASAP.
