  • I have had three experiences with this place in the past year. All three have been fantastic. First, they helped me find a CD player that would fit my car and my budget. Although their prices were competitive, I opted to purchase the device online and try to install it myself. This was not the right decision, as my car then had problems. I came back to these guys and had them fix all the mistakes that I made. They were quick and extremely helpful. They showed me everything I did wrong and how they improved it. Best yet, everything worked perfectly! Fast forward a year. My stereo suddenly stopped working. I scheduled an appointment for them to take a look at it, and they fixed it within 20 minutes. When I asked how much it would cost, they told me not to worry about it. You have got to love excellent customer service. Overall, every experience I have had with Sun Valley Stereo has been positive. They have always been helpful and their prices are great. I definitely plan on going back to them for my next stereo purchase & install.
