  • You know a how first impression can go a long way...that would apply here. Walked into Sunrise Preschool to inquire about Day Care...never greeted or even acknowledged. In fact, there were several gals behind the counter chatting, including the "Director" who was wearing a badge that said "Director"...she ignored me too, as I stood there...followed by more awkward silence. I guess I shouldn't wear my invisible Harry Potter cloak. Suddenly, one gal had to force a "can I help you?", as if I was bothering her. No tour of the facility, no "thank you for coming in", no questions about my child, bad service. If this is the BAD vibe I get from just a simple inquiry, HOW would they treat my child in my absence? What IF I had a question or concern, would they dis it? No matter, I wouldn't even bring my pet here.
