  • Made my last visit here about a week ago. I've never found the staff to be very professional, but, previously, was willing to over look this. And the coffee? Well, I determined upon my first visit that this IS NOT a coffee shop. It is a cigar shop that serves mediocre coffee. Even so, I returned because the Cigars by Oscar are quite good. My last visit cinched it though. Not only was the guy behind the counter not helpful when I asked about two, specific cigars, he then proceeded to babysit me while I was was in the humidor, as though I was a common thief. Too many other and more accommodating cigar stores in PGH to patronize to have to be treated so poorly here.
