  • This was the most fantastic experience I've had dealing with an auto shop including those at the dealerships (where I got my car). I worked with Ben, the general manager who was so accommodating to my lack of education in body work. The price I was given was 1/4 of what other shops estimated. There is a great consciousness of service, which is THE way to a lucrative business. Ben even pulled me aside to watch the work happen as I waited on my ride. The nice lady at the front baked cookies and maintained the serviceman ship Ben did. I just am floored at how great my experience was.
