| - Worst massage I ever had in my life! To start, the lady massaging me did not speak a word of English. I could not understand that she wanted me to leave my clothes on (I have never been massaged with all my clothes on) and just place my feet in the bowl of water in front of me. I did not have my glasses on, so I could not see that there was water in the bowl. It was dark in the room, so it was easy for me to miss. Once we finally got that settled, she proceeded to rub my head. I felt like I was getting a noogie on my scalp. Then she proceeded to dry my feet and started massaging them. Out of the hour massage I paid for, she spent about 40 to 45 minutes on my feet alone. I truthfully felt like I was getting a pedicure. The main reason I came in was to get my neck and shoulders massaged and she spent about two minutes on those areas. She proceeded to tell me to flip over. I could not understand her at all, but just guessed. She started tugging at my bra, so I started to take it off. She proceeded to help me by ripping it off of me "I was wearing a sports bra." Thank God I did not have the male masseuse. When she finally did massage the rest of my body a little bit, she had placed a towel over me, and massaged me part of the time with the towel. When the massage was finally over, she followed me up to the counter and stood right behind me staring at me. It was obvious she was expecting a tip. The receptionist had asked me how I had liked my massage. The receptionist was a young white gal who obviously spoke English. When I told her how bad it was, she told me that I should've pointed to the chart at the front desk of to explain what I wanted. I told her that she never showed me this chart prior to the massage. She just said she was sorry. At least I might've gotten the areas worked on that I wanted and not just my feet had I been told about this chart prior to the massage. She just said she was sorry. At this point, I just wanted to pay and get out of there. I had my credit card in my hand, and the receptionist asked if it was ok if she charged me a $1.00 service fee to run my card. I told her I obviously had no choice as I did not have cash on me. Then she proceeded to ask me if I wanted to tip the masseuse, and again, she was still standing right next to me looking at me. I did give her a tip, as she performed a service that she thought was satisfactory, but it was not at all. She was a little rough on me, but I could not explain to her to lighten her touch. I should also add that the rooms are just a small area with a lace curtain as a door. You can hear everything going on in the hallway, in the lobby, as well as somebody else getting massaged. I guess you get what you pay for when you go for a $35 massage. All the best to those that actually like this place.
