rev:text	This rental company is HORRIBLE!!!! I have been an on time renter with them for over 6 YEARS - I am late this month with my rent payment due to me working out of town, and they have the nerve to serve me with a 5 day notice and an additional $50 charge on top of the late fee... I called to inform them that I am out of town working, gave them a date next week to let them now I will make my payment in full, and they still said they will issue out a 5 day notice... This company is rude, unprofessional, and non-caring to me and others as I have read past reviews on them. As soon as my lease term is up, I WILL NOT be a renter from this inconsiderate company!!!!
