At Dumpling King we had salt and pepper shrimp, beef roll, scallion pancake and the lamb and beef potstickers. The salt and pepper shrimp had a nice flavor and a decent crunch. The beef roll was very good and I loved the homemade dough wrapper. The potstickers were nicely cooked but the flavors were muddled and not all that appealing. And finally the scallion pancake was quite simply inedible. The oil that the pancake was cooked in tasted old and burnt and was rancid. Service was a tad slow but very friendly.
