  • I'm actually really surprised to see all the negative reviews about customer service for the store. I dealt directly with the owner and his wife and found them both very helpful. I had an issue with a Super Nintendo adapter that I bought a few months ago from their store. I brought it back in today to see if they could help me with it, (I didn't have my receipt, but did have the original packaging). The owner was more than willing to help explain the set-up to me, and even gave me a new connector cable on my way out the door free of charge. I would definitely come back to check out some games because of how accommodating the couple was to me! He even showed me where to plug in the cords. Thanks so much! :)
