Worst service ever. Too many problems to mention. After spending another day home and after spending another hour on the phone with them, I just don't have the energy. Law-suit worthy business practices. Lock you into contracts unbeknownst to you. Check. Add services you don't want. Check. Fight to remove the charges. Check. Say that they will remove the charges and don't. Check. Try to stick you to a contract despite not performing themselves. Check. Have a service member come out and not do the fix and be rude an insulting. Check. Have another service member come out after you threaten to terminate and that service member not even bringing the right equipment. Check. Service stopping for no reason. Having to take another day off and the next available appointment being in 3 weeks. Check. Repeat this list all over again. Check. BOTTOM LINE: Cox is cheaper for way more channels. Is more reliable. The internet is 7.5 times faster. Customer service is 24/7. And setup is in 3 days whereas DirecTV couldn't make an adjustment for an existing customer after weeks and several botched appointments. Shame on this company. Absolute shame.
