Below is a post I submitted DAYS ago along with a reply from Home Depot at 4:55 pm on Dec. 18 wanting to resolve my customer concern of a lost appliance. I immediately responded with the information they requested about not receiving my dishwasher. That was 52 hours ago and once again Home Depot has FAILED to respond!!!!
In early November I ordered a dishwasher online and it was delivered a few weeks with the door kicked in; that was 4 weeks ago. I have called Home Depot 7 times and not once can they forward me to a "manager" or tell me when I will be receiving my dishwasher. I have been a 35+ year loyal Home Depot customer since they opened their 1st location on Buford Hwy in Chamblee (Atlanta) Georgia. It is now Christmas week and still no dishwasher. The best answer Home Depot can provide me is I should have it in 2017.Delete review

You wrote to me about my YELP review and I responded 16 hours ago and yet you have not followed up with me with a status on my misplaced appliance. I guess its time too blast all of social media with the lack of professional service from Home Depot.
