| - Pretty unhappy with my experience, I brought in my car to have my bumper fixed, seemed simple enough. Almost a week goes by and I hear no updates from the shop, finally I call and am told my insurance told them to do my front bumper, not my rear (the rear was the damaged one) and while I am glad they did not start work on my perfectly fine front bumper, I was a little confused as to why I hadn't been called sooner. 2 days later they have my car ready, it looks great, bumper is beautiful, can't tell there was any damage! I was really annoyed that the person assisting me asked me to leave him a perfect review though.
The next morning, my car won't start, my battery died. I called them thinking it seemed off, and they said my battery had died after I brought the car in (they never told me this) and that they replaced it for free (again, they never told me this). They came and picked up my car and installed another new battery. I get my car back, and my headlights aren't working. They take it in and "fix" it again, and they worked for about a month, and now aren't working.
I don't feel this shop was honest in their work, and the manager did not seem to understand why I was upset they worked on parts of my car without telling me. If my insurance tried to send me to this location again, I'd ask to go elsewhere.
