Went to the buffet on Monday,arrived in line at 11:05 as we get there a little early as we have 1 hour lunch. We have done this for several months as we get a fair price for lunch. But this time there were 36 people in front of us but this time the line was not moving that fast. It's now 11:25 very little movement. We now wondering to stay to eat. I went to cashier to pay and she told me .wait and that this was the president line, as I watched several others get right in, I'm ok with that because they gamble more. But with that said they held up line so we would have to pay extra for lunch, this line did not start moving till 11:30 sharp.. I asked to speak to a manager, I explained why I was a little upset that the line did not move. I was told that they were switching to lunch and that I would have to pay extra. And basically nothing she could do and if that didn't work I would have to complain to the beverage director and nothing she could do.. Wow that's not great customer service, sorry I don't have the right color gambling card as does the other 35 people in line. Don't mind waiting but not moving in line for 25 min. Got in at 11:45. Really 40 minutes. None of your other properties have this wait only the Redrock. And your managers need to go back to customer service class.
