  • I have been passing by this place for years during my visits and never bothered to stop. That was a mistake. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Even the food that I didn't think was perfect was good. I had the ribs and I tried the pulled pork and brisket. PERFECT. The taste was awesome. It was smoked, but not overly so...Tender...DELECTABLE. The beans were good...different...Texas style, but a little sweet. Mac & Cheese was perfect. OH my...The cole slaw was AWESOME! The corn was overcooked to me. It would have been nice to have just a bit of crunch. I wouldn't get the corn anymore, but hell there are so many more sides. The apple pie was oh...so...good. The doughnuts were..to..die..for...And the service...PERFECT!
