  • I actually like his store a lot, however some of the employees are nicer than others. So the experience varies depending on who is working. In addition this last time I was there I found at least five items with stains on them. I mentioned it to the employees and they told me that sometimes people get stains on things while in the dressing room. As an avid thrift/consignment shopper this is not really what I am thinking is happening. I would have preferred a simple apology and a mention that they would send the comment to management or someone who would try to prevent this from happening again. Seems like employee turnover is high so maybe next weekend will be better.
