| - Had my left passenger widow replaced in September, the regulator worked until December, I contacted Tamber in Facebook and she sent me the number to Debbie to schedule the warranty return, we'll the guy comes out and tells my wife it's the the fuse, and they don't do fuses, we'll the guy never even turned the truck on to hear the clicking sound in the door which would have told him it wasn't a fuse and not to mention all the other windows work, my wife didn't knkw better, she believed him, so that day I called Debbie to explain, she said she would just order another regulator and come out and replace under warranty, we'll here we are 1 monthater, no communication no nothing, these poeple do not have any sense of urgency to take care of customers? They need some type of follow up notification, something, I had to call another company out to repair the window so now I had to pay double for 1 window to work. Thanks guys
