Worked with Christan who called me back end of day Saturday even though I didn't leave a voicemail. Family business and she was the only representative available that day I was told. I let her know I had a few quotes already and was considering another company by the time she called back and she was still happy to meet with me the next day being Sunday. She was pleasant in person answering any questions I had as she took measurements. When she gave her quote to me, she was just over a hundred dollars cheaper than the company I was considering with double the warranty. Decided to book them for the job and was told it would be about a week and a half to two weeks manufacturing time on the screens which I thought was perfect due to a family vacation I had coming up. To my surprise, half way through my vacation, I got a voicemail and text from her saying the installers were at my home ready to work but my gate was locked and they would start on the front til I gave them access. Being on vacation, I didn't regularly check my phone and I later received another text saying the installers would pitch a ladder over my gate to complete the job. Communication could have been better here but I personally can appreciate the effort here even if my wife found it odd. I have read a review showing this isn't the first time they have used this method. Interestingly enough, I haven't made any deposits or payment on these screens at this point. I have cameras around my home and from what I can gather, they were professional and respectful of the property. Installer, Seth left me a voicemail during installation saying he wasn't happy with 2 of the screens and would build and have them installed the following day. Can appreciate a team that values quality in their work especially since I wasn't there to verify. I spoke with Christan the day I flew back home and gave her payment over the phone. In checking quality of the work and screens, I was completely satisfied. They also had all my old screens staked neatly in the corner of my yard. I considered dropping a star for the hiccup in communication but ultimately, I am extremely happy with the product and price paid.
