Bought a blade for an Oster electric pro style clipper. Before purchasing I asked two questions; They told me the #1 is the shortest blade which I found out later it is not. They also told me the blades could not be sharpened which I found out later they could. Of course all sales are final (no returns) on blades (not even an hour later). Shame on me for not researching beforehand. Shame on them for not being professional enough to provide accurate info about a product for which they are a dealer. Oh and prices are outrageous - paid $44 for a blade listed as $29 retail on Oster site. I suppose a policy like this is to prevent people from using and then returning blades? I came back an hour later and they didn't even look at the blade, but gave me attitude.
I just got off the phone with corp customer service as I was typing this while on hold; they called the store and will honor a refund now. Really? Now a third trip to the store. VERY POOR customer relations at the store level. Retraining in order here for that and products they sell. I would understand this lack of knowledge at Kmart but this is supposedly a professional trade store.
