  • New to AZ few months; then the 20 year old A/C goes out. Fire in the compressor compartment toasted the parts! Richaard from North Valley Mechanical diagnosed, knowledgeable and patient explaining options to me. Could have replaced parts but decided to install new up to date unit instead. Richaard and Jim got me set up and scheduled. Thanks for taking time with me, greatly appreciated. Early 7 am as scheduled Derrick and George came and spent the day removing the old burnt out unit and installing the new A/C. Wonderful technicians/installers, pleasant, prompt, well dressed, and a pleasure to have at my home. Cool in here now! Thanks much to North Valley Derrick and George.
