Worst. Customer. Service. Period.
It quickly became apparent that they didn't care about their customers. I had made a reservation online the night before and requested a pick up. The agent over the confirmed the reservation and told me the deposit would be $20 that would be applied to my credit card when I fully book it. They picked me up and drove me to the location.
When I got to the desk to finalize everything and the person there told me it would be $300 for the deposit. I understood it was company policy and that they couldn't change it, but I didn't have the money on any of my cards (tip industry). I asked if I could get a lift to the bank to deposit the money since they didn't take cash to which they said they could only take me back to my house. I was able to get a friend to help me deposit the money and when I called back to request a pick up again since my friend had to get to work.
The agent had put me on hold the moment he found out that I was the person from earlier in the morning and then put me on hold for half an hour. I ended up calling the 800 number again and they told me that the original reservation was modified and applied to another location.
I'm glad they did, because the second location was able to help me out without an issue at all.
