rev:text	I called in and told them I needed 1 used tire. The guy that answered was not very friendly but he did say they had multiple choices for my tire size. When I arrived I let them know I needed the tire and the guy that answered the phone continued not to be friendly. He took me to the back where all the used tires are and most of them were worse than what I had on my car...(bald) and for $51.00 and when I called he failed to let me know about the balancing charge $12.00. This is a very poorly run business with numerous employees just standing around without any customer service at all. He was not only rude, but acted like I was an inconvenience to a very slow day. He would rather stand around than make money for the company. I waited for about 30 min for them to install the tire I chose. He chose to yell and whistle at me to let me know its ready (rude). I would never ever use this tire shop again. unfortunately it was an emergency where I had a blow out on I 15.
