  • I would give Cox Communications ZERO stars if I could. What an awful company - both their service and customer support. And coming on to Yelp to express my experience I see that I am definitely not alone!! I'm appalled that companies are able to provide this extremely poor level of quality and still be in business! Disappointing that I've given them my money at all. I'm not sure what company to go to next for internet service since I'm definitely cancelling - any suggestions are very welcome.
