  • Very disappointed in lack of communication and service. Went to this salon for first time and was barely greeted. Was told to have a seat on the couch and waited for 20 min but then noticed 3 ladies come in after me and headed to another room (which turned out to be the shampoo room). Why was I told to head to the shampoo room and get in line. Once i discovered people were getting ahead of me I just ended up leaving.
