  • I feel like it's necessary to write a review at this point. I used this company a few months back and they weren't reliable. One person showed up and he was waiting for the rest of his team. He got a call that a family member was in a hospital and had to go to Tucson but said he wanted to wait until the rest of the crew showed up. He told me his whole life story, that he's illegal, etc. I thought that was super unprofessional. THEN, the rest of the crew arrives and they don't speak English. They paint the room and missed the back of the toilet and corners near the ceiling. I called back a week later since the old paint was bleeding through the new paint. They came back AGAIN to paint the walls. They put a paintbrush on my sheets that were covering my bed which I had moved to the middle of the room. The company said it was water soluble and it partially came out but it's still faintly there. The good thing about the second visit is they fixed areas that were missed like behind the toilet and some other small areas but not all of it. I had given up at that point since I was sick of wasting my day waiting at home for these people to come. Especially asking for time off to accommodate their times. The paint is bleeding through AGAIN. Thus, why I am writing this. There is a warranty on this, I am not exactly sure what it is and I'll have to look into it. They also didn't paint all the crevices that were missed on the 2nd time but I had just given up. I have the invoice and I am tempted to call them this week and tell them the paint is bleeding through in the bathroom, that the stain never completely got out of my 600 ct. egyptian cotton sheets, and that they missed small areas and I have dark gray spots (the former color of the room that came with this house) in areas. Or worst case scenario at least a partial refund for destroying my sheets and the inconvenience. I'll update this review if I hear back from them.
