Service and Don Miller. An oxymoron.
Kept appointment for manufactures estimated recall work of 1/2 hour on my Jeep Wrangler. Arrived with 2 service writers buried at their stands. No movement to vehicle /me. I approached and each tried to shuffle me off on the other ( no commission on recalls).
Steve Fietz finally accepted me and said 2 hours cuz backed up. I complained about their lack of attentiveness and the delay. Rescheduled
This time they said an hour at least. At 45 minutes I noticed the Jeep in the completed work area. Was told awaiting a little paper work 25 minutes later I confronted the same lethargic Advisor (S.F.) and reluctantly unburied the paperwork in 25 seconds with a perfunctory "apology ".
Truly the worst auto dealer service dept experience of my long life
