  • I avoid this location at all cost but as a last resort with the kids, we go here. This location is HORRENDOUS. Not once do the employees leave out tester cups for customers to take themselves (this is done at EVERY other location) and the toppings are ALWAYS stale. After this last visit I will definitely NOT be returning at any cost. I arrived with 3 others at this location at 7pm - the tester cup tray was completely empty and when we asked the employee for tester cups, he gave us TWO. The employee then proceeded to follow us around and got in our way as he wiped up froyo under the machines which were already there before we even got there. As we went up to the register to pay for the $20 order we noticed the employee laid out an exact number of napkins and spoons on the table for us. This was honestly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I felt uncomfortable with the employee's constant hovering and stinginess. I have contacted head office previously about this location and not only have changes NOT been made but things have gotten worse. What a sad establishment.
