| - Alright now, I wrote a review for this company about a month ago, explaining my experience with cox on getting things set up. It didn't go so well (you can read the deets if you want) but I decided to keep the service regardless.
I have the "essential" wireless internet package with them, and now that it has been about a month, I'm still not too impressed with them. Just about every day, I have several internet glitches, where either the internet goes out for a few seconds, numerous times a day, or it takes forever to load something, etc. Then today was just the tip of the iceberg for me, because these little glitches are a lot longer than they should be. I called cox and the computer automated voice tells me that there is an "outage" in my area and they are working on it.
Ok, things happen, but seriously, I'm not impressed. for $35/mon. on pretty much the BASIC internet connection, that is just kind of ridiculous. If I keep having these internet problems, I'm out and off to Quest or some other company.
I hate to be negative, but sadly, that's just how my experience has been with cox.
