It was the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's restaurant through the Drive Thru. It started with one speaker not taking orders and instead of posting a sign we and other cars behind were waiting to guess what to do if we needed to proceed to the window or go to the other speaker. Then when we went to the 2nd window, we were given the wrong order when my husband stated we had the wrong order the employee said it was our order, it took him several times to check with his peers and still wrong order. We were asked for our receipt and asked to park to get our order. After 10 minutes of waiting along with another car, I decided to go inside to inquire about my order. I was never acknowledged, in fact another customer was also letting one of what seemed to be a supervisor know she was given the wrong order. When I finally figured out I was not going to be acknowledged I had to raise my voice to ask if anyone was getting the parked cars order, nobody knew what order it was leaving me to believe I was forgotten. They kept asking me for my receipt which I did not have cause they kept it. No acknowledgement or apologies from all 3 managers I saw during this visit.
