rev:text	I went to this location to have a single piece of paper printed. I waited about 5 minutes for the person in front of me to be helped. while I was waiting 3 more customers lined up behind me. When it was my turn, they couldn't find the email that I had sent to that location. so I had to re send the email. after I got it resent.... I had to wait in line AGAIN... so I waited another 15+ minutes until the 3 people who came in after me were helped. when it was my turn the young girl said "on your paper, let me go get that printed" she walked towards the back and the manager asked her to make a call for her... so she went to the phone and started making calls. Meanwhile, I am still standing there. The manager was using the office phone while scrolling through her personal phone talking to a friend about the "snap chats" she got from some guy. I was still standing there, clearly needing help for a good 15 minutes more. While she was still on the phone with her friend I finally decided to speak up.... "ive been waiting here to be helped... the other girl said she was going to print a paper for me right before she got on the phone for you" She apologized and said that the system crashed. That would have been nice to know from EITHER of the girls at anytime in the last 30+ minutes. The whole visit really rubbed me the wrong way. The young girl who was originally helping me was nice enough.... but the curly haired manager who should have been leading her was frustrating. I wont go back to that location.
