  • M-nails is my go to for nails in Pittsburgh. I typically get a gel manicure every visit, and get a pedicure every other time. My favorite part of M-nails is that they are not only good at doing my nails, but they are also very friendly and responsive. I need my nail places to be clean and comfortable, and I want my nails to look good and last. M-nails meets all of my expectations. The massage pedicure chairs are wonderful and the water basins feel like they have been disinfected between each customer. I have seen staff spray, wipe, and rinse them after being used. The place is also brightly lit and not only *feels*, but also looks clean and new. I was told that the place is regularly professionally cleaned and I believe it. I have had gel manicures last over three weeks and have been happy about 95 percent of my visits. I had ONE visit that I did not feel went as well as previous visits, but will go back and either try to work with this new person again or switch to another one of the other staff. My last visit felt like the quality of the service was not as high as I had experienced on other visits. I'm still going to rate M-nails five stars because of all of the other great experiences I've had. I even had one visit where I told them I was in a hurry and they agreed to do both my hands and feet at the same time in under 45 minutes. They also are typically on target when scheduling appointments or estimating wait times. Although I did see a few women become agitated when they called right before a rush, I have rarely felt that they have made me wait an excessive amount of time or witnessed others being made to wait.
