  • Century Link is by FAR the WORST, absolute WORST service I am stuck with using. They are COMPLETELY incompetent idiots!! If you don't have them don't EVER, EVER get them. Anytime you call to resolve a problem it's at LEAST an hour and then you are transferred multiple times to people who don't know why you were transferred to them. They will get your bill wrong, they will screw up your internet when you make one tiny change. Totally incompetent idiots!! I'd give them a negative 10 if I could.
