HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! So I bought my fiance a Groupon from this company for his birthday for a one hour massage. Where do I begin...first off good luck getting ahold of anyone we called and left a voicemail, some lady 2 days later finally texted my fiance back saying when would you like your massage(first off I didn't want a text if I called you call me back, even when I tried to call again no answer.) So he responded what do you have available it took the lady another 2 days to text that back! 4 days have gone by and we can't get a answer to when he can come in. Finally after about a week of slow response back via text he sets up the apt. Goes down there, not easy to find! No sign! When we walks in to get it there is some big guy saying he's doing the massage, first off he made the apt with a girl now it's a guy? They told him too bad he has to have the guy and did not try to accomadate him so he walked out. Thank Goodness for Groupon excellent customer service and I got my money back through them.
Side note when he walked in two ladys twiddling there thumbs at the front desk, yet they can't answer the phone?
