I'm angry now! Now after seeing the bill over the past few months it looks like I'll be paying $1000 once payments are completely done.... are you freakin kidding me? I plan to contact Verizon TODAY! DO NOT GET ZACH to "help" you out. I feel completely taken advantage of and terribly mislead. If I had been told the solution to fix their jacked up phone would be to buy ANOTHER phone for a thousand dollars I would have NEVER agreed to it. I'm furious. Get Zac to help you out! I was having issues with my Samsung s4 and he helped me out. We tried getting a replacement and that one had the same issue.. so annoying. But when I came back in Zac was helpful. Rather than have the same issue again he helped me out and I left with a Samsung S6 and an awesome new case. #freddyprincejrlookalike
