| - I was an on time appointment for ten AM. I brought my own oil and ask that they use mine three times. I gave the reason, "it was broken in on that oil" (Mobil 1).
Well, after two hours of sitting in their lobby with my two kids the service guy finally talks to me about my car being done. He also added, "our technician didn't read the notes about you bring your own oil, so we used ours I hope that's ok?". I told him, "it was not ok,they will have to drain it and start over and use what I brought." So, I don't know what I am getting now, they could just take four bottles out of the case and tell me that they did it. Not only that you go to a "dealership", thinking that they should take care of you. But now because of a dumb mistake I have lost my trust in them from a first-time visit. Plus the wait, what would be the point of that? I can change my pickup truck oil within twenty minutes, two plus ours for a 2003 beetle? Where is the true honesty in what they do? They have a pin/bulletin board of their customer recognitions and I looked at it and I don't see one negative.
