| - This place is an absolute nightmare. Stay away!
The only reason there are positive review for this place is because in the office there is a sign that says they will give you free stuff, like discounted rent etc. if you post a positive review for them. Don't be fooled.
Extremely poorly managed from the office and the maintenance staff. We had our washer and dryer break (filled with stagnant water) for over 3 weeks before someone came to "take a look" and then waited another week for new appliances forcing us to lug our laundry to a laundromat for almost a month. When we finally got the new washer, our neighbors literally came downstairs in amazement and told us that theirs has been broken for 2 weeks and wanted to know how in the world we got them to fix ours. Little did they know that we had already been living in mold and sewer water for a month at that point.
They do not clean up or maintain the exterior, there's a guy that comes to blow dirt INTO the patios once a week but other than that you can expect to find trash all over the ground. There has been a large broken wine bottle in the walking area near our front door for over a week and a half now, someone has moved the glass shards into the rocks, nothing more. Even the walkway night lamps are destroyed all around the property. As far as the interior, it's extremely disgusting. We have black mold growing above the shower, which took another 2 weeks to have someone come take a look and spray some bleach on (not even kidding). There are large sewer roaches around the property at night and more stray cats than you can count. Some look alright but many of them are clearly sick.
As far as the office staff they are deceitful and uncaring. They were given notice end of May that we would not be wanting to live in this trash heap come August, they said that it's not a problem. We again reminded them end of June and again, it was not a problem. Now that it is August, they have changed their tune, saying that they require a 60 day written notice. When asked why they didn't mention this written notice earlier the lady Lisa just lied and said something along the lines of "i didn't forget to tell you, but even if I did, it's in your contract". Just clearly a desperate attempt to squeeze a few extra dollars out of someone who is trying to get away. This type of business mentality is absolutely disgusting and I hope that this review keeps enough people away to offset what is being stolen from us many times over. Do yourself a favor, find a better place.
Honestly 1 star is being generous.
TL:DR - terrible place, roaches, sick stray cats and trash everywhere , deceitful office staff, 0 maintenance efforts.
