  • My husband got me a gift certificate for this nail salon. I usually go to another one but this one is closer. I went today and my nails look worse than they did before I went. They are not evenly cut and in my six year old daughter's words, "look horrendous." I also took her to get her nails painted. She always gets designs so we didn't think it would be a problem but she was discouraged to find out they wouldn't do anything she wanted. She ended up with very basic nails that she could have done herself.They also acted as if she didn't exist and and no one seemed to be thrilled about painting her nails. They eagerly helped grown women that came in after us while my daughter patiently waited. I think they saw more $$$ with the adults so made them their priority. I get it but at that moment my daughter was a paying customer just like the others. I usually give an extra big tip to the person who takes time to make her feel special when she gets her nails done but not today! I won't be back.
