| - **Update July 2014* We have been back and the people who we had issue with below seem to be gone, the young lady that works in the afternoon on week days, is awesome!!! She is so helpful and lovely and soooo sweet!
So glad this changed for the better!
We were so excited to move to a neighbourhood that had a pet store right across the road so we could walk.
I have been here 3 times and from the previous review I expected that they would say hello and chat with their customers, especially when we are the only customers in the store.
However, I have not found that at all.
First time I went in the sales lady voiced her disapproval of our dog trainer and the vets office next door.
The second time, my husband, dog and I walked over and they had a 7 week old puppy on the counter of the store, there was 2 staff members and a guy in there, they weren't happy that I pet the dog and then when my dog came up to smell it the one lady behind the counter pulled the puppy back and said they would rather it stay away as it hadn't had all its shots. Then there were no questions about if they could help us, they actually didn't acknowledge us at all. They went on and on about how unhappy they were with their schedule.
The third time was today we went the store was moved all around and we mentioned that and all they said was "ya" one woman went outside and the other just on the bench behind the counter. When we went to the till she asked if we found everything and that was it.
If it weren't that they have some of the only truly hormone free bully sticks, we would not be going back there.
Very very disappointed in this store.
Maybe a little more focus on customers and a little less on your schedule and your friends.
PS If your puppy should not be near other dogs, DON'T BRING IT TO A PET STORE WHERE PETS ARE ALLOWED.
