First - there is no internet. Yes, they have wireless access points. Yes, it's free. But no, it doesn't supply Internet. When you can get a connection (which is rare), you get about 30 KILABYTES per second. That's slower than a dial up modem of 20 years ago. So if you're here on business and may need Internet - don't stay here.
Second, room service is extraordinarily slow. Over an hour for a sandwich.
Laundry fees are off the charts.
No fridge in any rooms.
Very limited staff (one housekeeper at night, one front desk employee, one bartender, one room service server) during the US OPEN, probably their busiest time ever.
Bed was comfortable and AC worked.
