  • Let me just say...BLF is only getting one star because I have to give them a star in order to write a review.... Where to begin with this horrible place?!?! Let's start from the beginning. My husband and I went into the dealership looking for a second vehicle about 7 months ago. When we went in the lady we spoke with guaranteed to get us into the vehicle that I was interested in. We even had it in writing through emails her and my husband had exchanged. That was the whole reason we drove an hour each way to begin with. Then we get there and she hands us off to some random person and disappears. She did this for two days!!!! Come to find out when she disappeared she had gone to the credit department and "shotgunned" our credit to several different creditors at once without gaining proper consent from us or even letting us see the car beforehand...come to find out the car we were interested in had already been sold! I left very upset! Fast forward to present day and I am still getting phone calls from people at BLF wanting to know if I'm still interested in purchasing a vehicle from them. Each time I tell them "No!" They continue to call at the most random times and offer something new every time! I've called and spoke with several people about it and get the same story "We are a family owned company and have given the best customer service since 1927. We are family owned and treat our customers the same." I'm promised a follow up call in regards to actions taken against those calling me but never get one. I'm told a manager will contact me within a few hours and they never do. Long story short...this place is a huge waste of time and will treat you like anything but family. Dave your time and money and go else where!!!
