Thought I'd give this location another shot since I was passing through the area on my way home.. Made a mistake and should've just gone to the Gibson location as usual smh.
Waited about 15min in line with only 2-3other drinks ahead of me, yet they seemed to be fully staffed with 4 people behind the counter this time vs my previous experience. But for some reason only ONE person was making drinks and one other was the cashier! The other two were doing other errands while a line was forming due to the slow service!
Best part was when I noticed my drink didn't have any tapioca in it (partially my fault since I apparently called for the wrong drink - other locations have always said the drink has it & confirmed I wanted it though..), I asked the cashier kindly if she could add some tapioca, which she complied with politely. Thought she'd ask the "tea-rista" to remake the drink but the said "tea-rista" must've mumbled something along the lines of "I'm not remaking it, just put whatever tapioca you can fit into the cup"... Which ended up being like 15pieces.. Geeze.
This location has A LOT to learn from other branches!
