  • I've never been so compelled to write a review but with the exceptional service we receive from our service consultant, Chris Kahrs, I felt I had to. Chris is exemplary. Constant communication, advice and friendly is how I describe him. He's the reason we have not soured on VW even though we have a TDI that is part of the recent emissions debacle. We'll be back for sure. Highly recommended. We've been to other VW shops looking for vehicles for our kids but we always come back to Berge.
