  • Bought a tanning package here for my wife and I and have been customers for a year and a half. Refilled our package and bought a more expensive one. They told us they don't expire and we come in a couple months later and they had canceled our account and stolen our money. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR MONEY. They'll do anything to make an extra buck. They claim that everyone signs off on it in the fine print. This is no way to treat loyal customers. Very unprofessional and borderline criminal. Zero Stars for a failing business with zero customer service skills. All they had to say was "sorry, you signed off on it". We were NEVER informed of an expiration date and didn't expect them to change the dates in their computer system either. Shame on you elite tanning.
