  • The first part of my original review appears to have disappeared. I found out that their service call was $39. and change. This seemed quite reasonable. I explained what and where the problem was and in 2 or 3 minutes he fixed it....there were two loose screws behind a switch plate. And for all that work I was charged $167.00. I paid and got rid of him. When I called their office someone told me, well we gave you a $20.00 discount. What a scam. Never again!
