I am a Liberty Mutual customer for 40 years & four states. Not many people can say that they have been with one company for so long. However, my experience here in the Las Vegas area has been so disappointing. There is no customer service. Calling the office you are on hold for over 15 minutes no matter when you call
I called to talk about an upcoming renewal of an auto Policy & was told by both the local office & the Presidents circle phone call, that's our rate & if you can find cheaper, well good luck to you. I was shocked. No one even discussed an alternate ways to reduce the premium.
No customer loyalty. They collect premiums but watch out if you need any help. Especially from the west side office now moved to Russell.
All I can say is Buyer be warned.
