This store charged us two times for the same purchase. Ten days later, problem has not been rectified. Originally, the card was run while we were present. At that time we were told that their machine was down and we could not get a receipt. Since, machine was down, they assumed that account had not been charged. So they took card information manually and said that they would run the following morning which was a Sunday. When we checked our account, two deductions were made for $208.33. My husband called Lenscrafters and spoke with the manager. The manager said that the same thing happened to a family member of one of their associates. I bet that the associate's family member has not gone through the same dilemma, we have had to endure. We were assured by the manager that one of the charges would drop off. Well needless to say that has not happened! This amount might seem miniscule to Lenscrafters, but not to us. I do not recommend this store, because they are not conscientious when resolving a problem that they caused.
