  • I bought my electric power recliner sectional, a regular recliner, a chair and a sofa bed from here, all from the clearance section in the back. There are some great deals back there, but be very careful what you buy. Everything was delivered well except they couldn't find the power cable for my recliner. It was 'misplaced.' There was back and forth and they promised to send it the next week, next week, next week.... they actually did not deliver it for 4 MONTHS. I had to go quarter of a year without being able to actually recline in my recliner. Each time I contact them, they gave me the runaround, saying that since it was in closeout, it was discontinued, they have to source it from the manufacturer etc. I am usually a easy going person, but this was extremely annoying to me. I was reminded of the fact every time I sat on it. I would have bought it myself but it was $60 plus shipping from China. Why should I pay extra for something that I have already bought for? After 4 months they finally have it, and I had to pick it up from in store. Seriously. Also, don't buy the furniture insurance here. It doesn't actually cover anything, and the guy will give all kinds of excuses how your RC Willey insurance doesn't cover anything. And by the slim chance it does, they will need 4-6 weeks to work on it.
