  • Oscar H. Bautista was my salesman, he was great. Very personable, great customer service and took care of me. He always offered me water, always tried to meet my needs when it came to the vehicle and to the pricing. Also, during the financing aspect, he made sure to keep checking in on me to make sure i was comfortable and the terms were still good. I have been to other dealerships and they tend to walk away and leave you there for long periods of time. That did not happen with Oscar. He made the 3-4 hour experience fly by. I also had a wonderful experience with Douglas Paule Jr!!!! He did everything he could to work with me on financing, getting my payments to a comfortable number, and making sure I got into the car I wanted and could afford. I know most Sales Managers and dealers would just push and push to get me into a car. But he was very open and honest about my credit, what payments I should and could afford. I appreciate that, as I do not want to be stuck in a car I can not afford. He was awesome and I can not say enough about what he did to help me and my family get into another Ford. I will and already have recommended Oscar and Douglas to other people and I will continue trying to get people up to TeamFord as thy are a great operation with an unbelievable owner. I had the opportunity to meet Steve Olliges while I was there as well. He is amazing, words can not describe the type of owner he is. Very charismatic, friendly, and caring to say the least. I honestly have never met an owner of a company that is so friendly, honest and customer service oriented. He is just a cool down to earth guy. I will always be a lifetime TeamFord patron as long as Steve is still there!
