  • If you have 45 minutes to an hour for a simple wash or 3 hours for a mediocre detail this might be the carwash for you. They have added so many ways to push cars through that the process has become as slow as molasses in January. And it seems the higher quality of wash you pick the longer your wait is. I finally backed out of the regular wash line as I watched 4 express washes pull through in front of cars from the "vacuum" line because there was no staff to move those finished cars into the wash line. Which by the way was bumper to bumper and backed up at 6 to 7 cars. I don't have the time to make a project out of a car wash. Clearly a money grab and no interest in customer service.
